Delivery Policy Delivery of prints etc will be made via royal mail unless otherwise stated. Good are normally dispatched for delivery within with 21 day of funds being cleared. Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy Any claim for damaged or unsuitable goods should be made with 14 days of receipt of said good. Cancellation of orders should be made with 5 working days of order being placed. Cancelation of services ie wedding bookings should be made as soon as possible, if cancelation is made longer than 6 months from an events date a full refund of any deposit and fee paid will be made. If the cancellation of an event is made less than 6 months before the date the deposit is none refundable but any other monies paid will be refunded in full.
